What the Service Is

This is a private reference service. It stores no official roster, booking photograph, arrest record, or court file and cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a request, or change a government record. The official agencies linked from the pages control their own data.

The pages identify the county jail portal, city police contacts, state corrections search, court access, federal locators, and independent news resources. Outside providers may operate search tools or publish copies. Their terms and data practices apply when a visitor uses them.

Acceptable Use

Use the pages only in a lawful, respectful way. The following limits protect other visitors, the linked agencies, and the service:

• Do not violate a law or another person's rights while using the service.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or target a person based on a record or allegation.
• Do not use a record or search result to make a decision covered by the FCRA restrictions below.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the pages, tools, hosting, or linked systems.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, or automated requests that burden the service or a linked provider.
• Do not disrupt availability, security, or access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

Neither this service nor its advertising or search partners is a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They do not provide consumer reports, credit reports, or FCRA-regulated screening services. By using the pages, the visitor agrees not to use the information for any of the following or a similar eligibility decision:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Tenant, housing, or rental screening.

Indemnification

Ownership of Materials

Unless a separate source says otherwise, the text, graphics, logo, layout, and code used by Gilmer County Busted Mugshots belong to the service or its content partners. Georgia Governing Law

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. The affected language will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
